Im Yours Speed Dating Terms & Conditions

Booking a place on Im Yours speed dating or singles party event means you have accepted our terms and conditions. You are also indicating that you are at least 21 years old and you have the authority to enter into an agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions.

Conditions of Booking

Your participation in Im Yours speed dating events means you have given us permission to pass on the e-mail address you provided us during the booking to your matches. Matching is defined as participants you wish to see again, who have also indicated that they want to see you again.

Im Yours dating does not guarantee the number of attendees of an event.

Sometimes, venues of events, dates and times may change prior to the event.

You will receive a refund for your tickets if you provide us notice of at least 5 working days before the date of the event. To cancel please use the contact form forum here.

Failure to attend an event or leaving an event early will result in total forfeiture of your ticket(s). 

Refunds are subject to an administration fee of £10.00

Should an event be cancelled for any reason outside of our control, tickets will not be refunded but a credit for other events you choose as a substitute will be issued. Credits can be redeemed against any events on our future programme as listed on our website.

By purchasing tickets and participating in an Im Yours dating event you agree that neither Im Yours Dating or its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from participating in Im Yours Dating services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Im Yours Dating. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

Im Yours Dating does not take responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.
